Our website currently does not use cookies to store information however we use other sites such as Google Analytics which do use cookies for the purpose of storing website statistics and allowing us to make improvements to the usability of our site. This includes, but is not limited to, where you came from to visit our website, the country and area where your computer is located, which pages you viewed during your visit and any searches you made whilst on the website.

By using our website, you consent to us using the above mentioned tools. Our website may contain links to other sites not controlled by us and once you leave our site, you are no longer governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. By booking with us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information and sensitive personal data to us in circumstances where we need to act on your behalf or in the interest of passengers or in an emergency.

We use carefully-selected third-party agents and ground handlers in certain destinations to provide essential services including accommodations, meals, transfers and visits. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we will be unable to provide your booking. In making a booking with Broadway Tours, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

In order to provide you with our services and for you to travel abroad, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, as well as any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Securing Your Personal Data

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. It is important to note however that emails containing personal data sent to/from us will not be encrypted and we do not record telephone conversations.

We will securely delete any personal information held for the performance of any contract when it is no longer required for the fulfilment of a booking.

Where you have previously enquired or made a booking with Broadway Tours, unless specifically stipulated otherwise, we believe you have a legitimate interest in our services and as such, we may send you information on offers, destinations and ideas for school trips, either via direct email or email newsletter.

If you do not wish to receive such information or would like to change your preferences at any time, please refer to “Your Rights” below. We never pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You are entitled to request a copy of the information we hold about you and to rectify any inaccuracies. You also have the right to withdraw consent, at any time, to our processing of your personal data, on the legal basis of legitimate business interest, based on previously-given consent.

Furthermore, you also have the right to ‘erasure’, namely for us to delete the personal data held on file in the unlikely event that your data has been unlawfully processed, it is no longer relevant for us to continue storing it, for compliance with a legal obligation or because you withdraw consent.
